Easy Avocado Tomato Snack for my Alpha’s who want to snack smart but don’t have a lot of time to make something. You only need a few ingredients to create this delicious snack. Avocados are known to have good fats that not only help with skin, hair and nails, but it’s also packed with Vitamins Like K, C, E, B5 & B6 to name a few. Its high in Potassium (more than a Banana… I don’t like Banana’s any way) And are loaded with fiber.
Tomatoes add a nice crunch and are perfect to this recipe when cold. I love to add one giant tomato and have lemon as a light dressing. We all know I’m a huge fan of Lemons. You can watch my What I Eat In A Day video and you’ll notice it’s the first thing I like to put in my body.
I prefer sea salt to regular salt and black pepper is also something I like add. The best part is you can add other spices and you can add more ingredients if desired. Not only is it a great post workout snack, but it’s a great any time of day option. I like to pair this with my favorite tea and finish out the rest of my day knowing I didn’t eat that whole bag of Cheetos!
Easy Avocado Tomato Snack Prep
Slice the avocado and spoon it out into a bowl. Cut the tomatoes in bite sized pieces and place in the bowl with the avocado. Sprinkle Sea salt and pepper to taste and squeeze fresh lemon over the dish. Eat and enjoy! Checkout my other recipe ideas and my youtube channel for more!
