My Easy Green Juice recipe for muscle recovery! This is great for anyone who has just jumped back into working out and wants a good drink for muscle recovery! I even give it to my Daughter Yssabella because she doesn’t like to eat certain veggies. I just throw everything in the juicer and she drinks it right up!
This juice is light and refreshing but helps with sore muscles and I love to drink it after a walk or a quick 10-minute workout
These veggies have so many benefits when you digest them like carrots: Beta-carotene is great for eyesight and skin. Spinach is great for Iron, Vitamins A, C, E & K along with vitamin B6. I also add Lemon which has a natural detox for your skin.
HOW TO MAKE MY EASY GREEN JUICE
You don’t need a lot of ingredients and keep in mind, you can put anything in your green juice but I do it this way so Yssabella will drink it and it’s not super strong or sour. Of course, do what works for you and substitute where you need it! This makes 2 servings for 2 people or if it’s just you, put the remaining juice in the refrigerator for later.
INGREDIENTS YOU NEED FOR THE GREEN JUICE
6 Sticks of Celery
2 Handfuls of spinach
Half a Lemon (Remove peel)
2 Handfuls of Baby Carrots
Wash all your produce and cut off the peels of the Lemon and ends of Celery. Start with the apples, I cut mine so it’s easier for my juicer, but If you have a good one, you should be able to put the whole apple into it. After, Add spinach, carrots, celery, lemon.
You can refrigerate your Green Juice or add Ice and pour it right into a glass and enjoy! If you want to spice it up, add ginger (A small piece is just enough) This is one of my favorites and I hope you enjoy it too!
