I’ve been drinking this protein shake for the past two weeks and I can’t get enough! I also was asked to share how I make it from one of my snapchat followers, so here it is! All the ingredients can be substituted to your liking, I just used what I had on hand to create this yummy shake!
Easy Protein Shake Recipe
- Soy Milk or Almond Milk – I used Vanilla Flavored
- Protein Powder – I used Shakeology in Vanilla
- Peanut butter or almond butter – I used PB2
- Ice cubes
Add all the ingredients into a blender including the ice, blend until you see a thick consistency in the drink. Taste to be sure you have enough peanut butter and if the shake is well blended. pour in a glass and enjoy!
This shake has helped curve my appetite and has helped me lose weight, but gain muscle, and tone my body. When I want cookies, I like to make this drink because it taste like a peanut butter cookie! You don’t have to use shakeology, you can use any vanilla flavored protein powder of your choice.
I’ve noticed a difference in my cravings for sweet treats and It keeps me full for a while which is great because I like to use my protein shakes as meal replacements.
