I committed to eating at least 90% healthier for 2016 (I listed that on my new years goal printable worksheet) since I know that’s the biggest problem area I have. I talk about staying focused and motivated with consistency in workouts and my intentions are well when it comes to how I feed myself however, I get so distracted by Pizza and Chocolate. If I can commit to most of my weeks eating protein, fruits and vegetables, I’ll be so much happier and I know i’ll see noticeable improvement.
I’ve shared food recipes on my youtube channel before and I stopped due to the holiday season. Since we are done with the comfort food, I’m back to the better stuff. Today, I have my yogurt and fruit Parfait that I love to make for breakfast or use it as a snack. You can switch out the yogurt for different flavors and change the fruit to fit the season changes. I love this recipe because its quick, easy and delicious!
I love to enjoy this with lemon water in the mornings or i’ll add a little more fruit to create a delicious snack option during the day time. I love how pretty it looks and how I don’t have to be so regretful when I eat it. Its light and refreshing for anyone to have!
