I found Krave Beauty on Instagram a few months back and immediately fell in-love with the product packaging. It’s clean, fresh and beautiful! From then, I was contacted by the brand to try new skincare products.
Since I’m big into skincare, I try products for long periods of time. This is usually a two to six-month time span before I mention the results of each product
Since I try so many products daily, these products made their way into my skincare routine slowly. And as of now, they have prime real-estate because they are really incredible.
WHO IS KRAVE BEAUTY
Krave Beauty is a company that caters to the skin care lovers of the world by offering products like cleansers, serums and, sun protection.
All of their products are on the clean side along with be Vegan and Cruelty-free. They’re products are formulated to work with your skin and not against it so you can get the skin you’ve always dreamt of.
I was not expecting to love this product. Normally when I use AHA’s I have a specific idea in my head on how it should work. Some products offer it within products and If it doesn’t work as good as former products I’ve tried in the past, I won’t use it again.
Let me tell you that if there is anything you decide to try from the brand, this should make your cart. Here’s why:
Kale-lalu-yAHA has 5.25% Glycolic Acid. The lower the levels, the better. Any lower, and you’re getting into a range of exfoliation you can only get when prescribed. This product has not only worked in less time on my skin, but better.
A few weeks ago, I decided to try shaving my face trend. (Why do I do this to myself?) everything seemed to be just fine. Until a few days later… My chin, jaw, and cheek started to breakout.
My skin flare up continued to happen until two weeks ago. My suggestion? Don’t shave your face unless you go to a dermatologist or esthetician who can do it for you.
After the break-outs cleared, I had acne marks that were dark. My usual routine to fade the mark is a combination of exfoliator’s and sunscreen for at least a month.
Instead of using my normal products, I decided to give the product a try. I am currently still fading the marks, but It has taken less time and only using the product during my nighttime skin care routine.
My skin has a pretty good tolerance so I’m able to use the product every other night.
GREAT BARRIER RELIF REPAIRING SERUM
Plain and simple, you need this in your makeup bag. I’ve been using this as a serum, moisturizer and makeup primer. I cannot explain how my makeup looks when I use this.
Dewy isn’t the word. But matte isn’t it either. This is super thin and light weight. It doesn’t have shimmers in it and it does hydrate my skin.
I somehow balances the oils in my skin and I’m obsessed! I’ve been using it after using the AHA because it does even-out the skin when wearing it over-time.
It features a viriety of key ingredients to help repair your skin and perfect for anyone who uses harsh acne products.
I took both products with me to Colorado, and I’m so glad I did. They helped my skin so much since the altitude was dry. I recommend these products and looking forward to trying more products from Krave Beauty in the future.
In a few short weeks, I’ll need to restock my repairing serum and I’d love to give the beet shield a try. I have tried the Matcha Cleanser which is equally as good! I’m still using that product so I’ll be sure to update this post once I feel like I have tried it a little longer.
