A thigh Workout has been highly requested on my youtube channel along with booty workouts. If you’ve been with me from the beginning of my weight loss journey, you’ll know that my main goals were to lose weight, tone up and maintain my body. After doing this with no gym for 4 years, I started sharing video tutorials on how I’ve been working out, sharing recipes on food that I eat and sharing updates and progress photos on my Instagram account. A few weeks ago I shared a Fat Burning Supplement I’ve been trying out to see if I was able to help my body in burning extra fat along with shredding my back. I’ve never taken a fat burner before and all the fat burners I’ve heard about scared me until I gave the one I’ve been loving a try. Long story short, I’ve been requested to do full on workout videos or tutorials that my viewers and followers can do with me. I don’t have fancy equipment, I’m not a certified personal trainer nor am I a physician. Everything I share has been strictly based on what I’ve wanted to do and how I’ve wanted to do it. I’ve gotten this far by hard work, focus and dedication. I’m happy to say I never had to rely on supplement(s) besides my Protein shakes to help me along the way.
Now, I’m trying to share more workouts, motivational videos and my experience as I continue to learn about my body and the fitness and health industry. I won’t always get it right and some will disagree with my choices, but that’s the beauty of learning and finding what works for you. This is my first full length workout video featuring the thighs and the moves I do to tone them up. My videos aren’t always going to be perfect and I feel that if you wanted perfect, you’d pay for real workout videos which is why I love being able to share my videos with you on my youtube channel!
