It was requested on youtube channel to share what I eat in a day and although I wish it was 100% healthy, realistically, I love food and I can’t give up the not so good snacks and meals. I did make it a point to cook more often in 2016 and try to eat at least 90% healthier. I’m using my New Years goals free Printable Pages to make sure I’m staying on track and doing everything I can to make sure I meet this goal.

What I Eat In A Day
I Like to start my morning off with Ice-Cold Lemon Water and you can checkout why I do this in my Lemon Water Post and maybe add it to your routine too! For Breakfast I eat a lot of things. Sometimes It will be a protein shake and other times I’ll eat oatmeal with coffee. It really just depends on what my day is looking like and how much time I have between work and #momlife.For lunch, I either opt for yogurt or if I have time before picking up my daughter from school, I’ll make soup have a salad or have a sandwich. I usually have turkey and eat whole wheat bread unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to get to the grocery store so white bread it is!
Another goal for this year is to drink a ton more water so I switch off between herbal tea with water and I remind myself by having a big water bottle wherever I am to make sure I am fulfilling this goal.
For Dinner I decided to eat a Salmon bowl that consist of Brown Rice, Smoked Salmon and veggies like broccoli, carrots, tomato and avocado. I seasoned it with sea salt and pepper with lemon. I don’t always eat like this for dinner but when I can, I do! Checkout my other food post here and I’ll catch you next time!
